GROOMING SALON POLICY UPDATES

Punctuality
Please be on time for your appointments as our staff is scheduled based on appointment times. Please be mindful of our hours of operation when booking your appointment.
We have a 15-minute grace period, beyond this time we will not be able to accept your pet.
After two no show appointments or appointments canceled without 24 hours notice, we will require a (non- refundable) pre-payment to schedule an appointment. Some exceptions maybe allowed depending on the situation. Please make sure your pet has gone to the bathroom before their scheduled grooming appointment.
Pick Up
Your groomer will give you an average time needed to groom your pet. We will call or text, depending on which is preferred, 20 minutes before your pet is ready.
We are a small salon and only groom one pet, per groomer at a time. We strive to keep a calm atmosphere for your pet. Please do not leave you pet longer than 1 hour after they are ready for pick up. If you are running late, need an early drop off or later pick up, please speak to your groomer to make sure we can accommodate you. (Beyond 1 hour late for pick up, we may charge $10.00 per 30 minutes)
Pricing
Our pricing may vary on the size, coat condition, type of hair cut requested and behaviour. Pricing may change or increase if your pet has mats, extra de-matting, or de-shedding, needs extra time or is showing signs of aggression.
(Table training is offered by Christine and is charged 25.00 per 30 min on top of the grooming price.)
We want to continue to give your pet the best quality service and products. Please note that some price increases may apply at your next appointment, as our overall expenses have increased.
